Job Description: 100% Voice Profile (Inbound).Selling & cross selling travel related services like Air, hotels, car hire, packages & attractions.Handling ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, efficient customer service. Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
Dealing with customers to understand and meet customer requirements, provide solution, handle escalation and ensure closure on a given TAT.Required Qualification:
