Job Description:
1) Organize all procurement activities relating from Purchase Request to Purchase Order (PR to PO).
2) Review requisitions for accuracy, follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department and identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.
3)Create/Edit and Submit PRs, Review PRs, Approve PRs
4)Purchasing & Fulfilment-PO processing to delivery of goods/services
5)Confirm PO Acknowledgement, Undertake PO Change/extension requests
6)Approve PO Change / extension requests,
7)Confirm delivery of products / services, Record receipt of Goods / Services
8)Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
9)Respond to inquiries from requestor regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts and pricing information
10)Perform related work as required.
Desired Profile:
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,25,000 P.A. Best in the industry
