Job Description:

1. Prove Manufacturing process targets
2. List out facilities, prepare equipment specifications send enquiry, Get quote, make techno commercial evaluation and prepare equipment note and approve DAP
3. Prepare – Layout, Machinery toolings and gauge plan
4. Prepare process design input documents
5. Prepare process design output documents
6. Prepare & conduct PFMEA ( only specialists)
7. Identify corrective actions for Alpha, Beta and QP Manufacturing
8. Prepare PPAP
9. Plan of actions for productivity improvement / process improvement projects
10. Clear machine for production at supplier end with necessary trials
11. Process plant audits, feedback and correction.

Required Qualification:B.E./B.Tech & Diploma

Required Experience:2 Years
