TCS BPS| Mega Hiring for Quality Analyst at Mumbai, Walk in interviews from Every Monday to Friday, Job Location: Mumbai Role: Team Member (Quality Analyst) Qualification & Experience: Any Graduates: With minimum 1 year of relevant experience in BPO (Voice or QA) Undergraduates: With minimum 2 year of relevant experience in BPO (Voice or QA) Description: Role is to Monitor /evaluate calls on a compliance scorecard in adherence to compliance guidelines Ability to communicate correctly and clearly coupled with excellent listening skills Identify specific opportunities of improvement on a call and document corrective feedback Suggest methods to improve quality, both at individual level and at program level Candidates must have typing skills of a minimum of 25 words per minute ***********ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA************** * Excellent ENGLISH communication skills are mandatory * Willingness to work in any shifts (Including Night Shifts) * Candidates who have attended the interview process with TCS BPS in the last 6 months will not be eligible Transport Boundaries: Candidates staying beyond this travel boundary are not eligible!
