This unit includes multi-stage re-flow soldering stations for BGA and high density packages, soldering stations, inspection tools, mechanical assembly area, environmental test equipment including humidity, temperature cycling, burn-in ovens and vibration table for meeting reliability and quality requirements

Salary:

• CTC: 1,80,000/- annum (with ESI & PF deduction) – 1st year
• CTC: 2,64,000/- annum (with ESI & PF deduction) – 2nd year
• CTC: 3,84,000/- annum (with PF deduction) – 3rd year
