Job Description:

The Product Security Excellence team is responsible for Training and Knowledge across HBT. The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible to drive training programs and best practices as identified through implementing and maintaining a security training program. The development of tracking of metrics will be crucial for measure the effectiveness of performance of the training programs:

• Implement security training program providing both broad, organization wide baseline training and role-
• specific tailored training programs applicable to specific teams across HBT
• Implement security training program with role-specific training for other organizations doingdevelopment
• Facilitate quarterly refresher training
• Develop and track metrics which measure the effectiveness and performance of the training programs 
• Develop Training and Knowledge standard work processes, templates and tools
• Develop standards and best practices surrounding Training and Knowledge
• Act as the focal point for the organizations Training and Knowledge needs
• Facilitate structured learning experiences including workshops and lectures
• Create learning literature based on information from Subject Matter Experts
