* Candidate should be BE/B Tech/MCA from a recognised university.

* Candidate should have an aggregate of 60 through out academics.

* Must work on problems that require you to consider a wide variety of factors and use initiative and judgment to get them fixed.

* Should be able to provide support to users through emails and tickets.

* Must reproduce the scenarios that users report.

* In short, break what a developer develops and help users when they are lost.

* Should have prior Experience in communication app will be a plus

* Should have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

* Must have verbal and written communication skills

* Should have interpersonal and negotiation skills

* Must have good understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management

* Should have strong attention to details.
