The Platform Solutions Group seeks a high-energy, motivated individual who combines solid technical credentials with a high degree of business acumen for the position of Identity Architect within our Identity team. In this role, you will collaborate with technology peers and business partners to implement platform solutions surrounding Identity Access Management (TR ID) system. TR ID has been defined as the strategic direction toolset for customer Identity across all of Thomson Reuters and provides access federation, session management, real-time risk assessment, secondary authentication, identity management and reporting. This system will be deployed in multiple Thomson Reuters data centers world-wide and will be leveraged by a diverse set of product across all business units.

Job Description:

• Hands on Experience in Java, J2EE, Javascript and AngularJS; Experience with Spring Framework, REST, Hibernate, JPA, and SQL and web service development experience
• Experience developing complex and high performance frontend services will be a huge plus
• Development experience with Identity and access management systems
• Strong understanding of JMS and HTTP/REST and security
• Working experience working with Tomcat or other Application Server and demonstrated understanding of Unix operating systems.
• Understanding of detailed design document and interpreting the customer needs in functional implementation of software requirements.
• Experience in understanding technical design documents, OOA&D and implementing.
• Experience with object-oriented analysis and design technologies
• Understanding of XML and Oracle database technologies including connection pooling and schema development
• Experience developing applications for the UNIX environment.
• Experience working with industry leading Dev Ops technologies is added advantage.
• Experience with logging technologies such as Log4J, Log4J and Splunk.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills (including oral, written as well as listening proficiency).
• Strong issue resolution and conflict resolutions skills and ability to solve complex problems independently.

Required Qualification: Any graduation / post graduation in the relevant domain.
