Job Description: Recruitment within timeline & approved budget, Organisation Chart Updation, MIS, Attrition MIS, Exit Analysis, Manpower data preparation.Training Plan & execution, Individual Training Records Prepare / Updation, Conducting Test Papers of New Contractual Trainees, Effectiveness form Updation, Feedback form Updation as per Training Attendance.Supporting Manager on Appraisal, Satisfaction Surveys, Audits, Engagement Activities, OD Intervention, Career Development Plan, Succession Plan, Implementing Policies etc.

Required Qualification:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Required Experience: 1-3 years
