Job Designation: Training Manager

Job Description: 

• Training need analysis identify the training needs across all levels through mapping of skills required for particular jobs and positions through an analysis of existing level of competencies, from KPI and appraisal results, through focus group discussions and based on management requirements. 
• Instructional design and program development - develop the program content in accordance with adult learning principles, processes and methods, that contribute to achieve better learning results and improve the capability of the organization and employees. 
• Facilitate training programs facilitate the Job Competency and Leadership programs and help the participants learn and apply the concepts practically. 
• Effectiveness evaluation - Examine the programs periodically and measure the effectiveness of the learning, customize constantly the contents to company's requirements and present the effectiveness report to the management

Required Qualification: UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Automobile, Mechanical , PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations

Required Experience: 3-6 Years
