Job Description:

• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. Able to work on ERP like SAP & Ramco.
• Monitoring of purchase request.
• Select potential vendors for different items.
• Prepare Request for Quotation in the system.
• Knowledge of commercial terms & conditions.
• Scrutinize bids received and obtain clarifications.
• Prepare Comparative statement.
• Do rate analysis for items to be procured.
• Able to do negotiation with vendors.
• Prepare approval note and order in the system.
• Follow up with suppliers for execution of pending orders.
• Vendor development & register for future requirements.
• Co - ordination with internal as well as external customers.

Required Qualification: B.E(Electrical)

Required Experience: 2-4years
