Job Description:Attend all technical meetings, Lead the team of engineers, Drive technical tradeoff decisions at the hardware, software and chip design levels.Development of robust architecture, software and electronics development in compliance with engineering processes for in an incremental (like Scrum) way of working.Working independently in multidisciplinary teams and interacting with stakeholders from business, marketing, research and development.Interaction and coordination with vendors & customers to freeze the specifications and get approval for data sheets.Influence others through leadership and technical expertise and bring technical recommendations or requirements across teams in other disciplines and geographic locations.Support PM in Requirements Management, Estimation, quality measures and in identifying new project areas

Requirements:
Required Qualification: BE / B.Tech /ME/MS in ECE / EEE.
Required Experience:4-12 years
Additional Qualification: 1.Good knowledge of Microcontrollers & Multi-core architecture.
2.Knowledge of product development processes & customer engineering activities.
3.Excellent knowledge of embedded system operating systems, RTOS, Linux..
4.Excellent skills developing in C/C++, MATLAB and Python.
5.Hands on experience & knowledge in developing software implementing proposed algorithms, research on sensor fusion for localization and mapping, employ sensor fusion techniques with multi-modal data, setup and run module regression tests using large collections of data, Bench-marking results against ground truth data.
6.Mindset of Continuous Improvement.
7.Good knowledge of the software development tools specifically automation and scripting tools.
8.Object Orientated Design and Design Patterns experience, Model based design, UMLModelling
9.Hands-on experience on some of the popular machine learning models like Hidden Markov Models, Support Vector Machines, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, etc.
10.Computer vision based experienced engineers/domain expert who have algorithmic and real-time implementation knowledge for advanced systems viz. techniques like parsing, semantic segmentation, mapping, 2D/3D object recognition/detection, models (holistic, DPM, BoW etc.), re-construction, pattern recognition, feature extraction (HOG, LBP etc.), learning (SVM, AdaBoost, CNN, Random Forest etc.) and tracking 3D vision etc.
11.Good understanding of Deep Neural Networks (RNN, RBM, DBN,Auto Encoders, Convolution Networks) & Hands on experience with one Deep Neural Networks is preferred
12.Knowledge and experience of wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, ZigBee, Bluetooth, NFC.
13.Experience with Ethernet protocol desirable, TCP\IP, RPC, GPB
