Job Designation: System Administrator

Job Description:1.Strong technical and Working knowledge on Enterprise level and modular level of storages primarily HITACHI with secondary skills as NETAPP.- Knowledge of EMC and IBM would be an advantage.
2.Strong technical knowledge on local and remote replication of storage.
3. Proactive Monitoring of Storages and switches.
4. Good troubleshooting skills on Issues/ Alerts reported.
5.Performance and capacity reporting with available tools.
6.Alert reporting
7.Vendor coordination and timely follow-up.
8.LUN allocation / De-allocation/Expansion.
9. RAID Group / Pool creation.
10.Switch Zoning /LUN Masking.
11.Strong team player - collaborates well with others & ability to share knowledge with team members
12.Develop and keep accurate documentation of processes, standards and baselines across enterprise environments generating status updates of assigned projects and problems.
13.Ready to work in shifts including night shifts.
14.Ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a courteous and friendly manner.
15.Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
16.Certification in SAN preferred.

 17.Experience of working within an ITIL framework
