Job Description:Understanding of P&ID, Logic/ Interlock diagrams, Logic Flow charts. Preparation of Fire &Gas and Industrial Security systems Engineering documents like GA, Internal Layouts, Power distribution diagrams, Power supply (UPS load calculation) and heat calculation, I/O assignment, Cable schedule, Termination details.Preparation of Fire &Gas and Industrial Security systems. Detailed engineering documents like Functional & Module Design Specifications, Control narratives, System design Specifications, Flow charts, Logic diagram, FAT Procedure, Cutover sequence, Operation Manual. Developing Logic Diagrams, Sequences based on Control narratives. Hands on experience in Fire &Gas and Industrial Security systems programming based on logic diagrams, loop schematics. Experience in Network configuration.Inspection of Panel installation, cable laying, & termination. Hands on experience on graphics development with HMI Softwares. Participate in software and Hardware Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test of Fire &Gas and Industrial Security systems. Startup and commissioning of the Fire &Gas and Industrial Security systems.

Required Qualification:B.E/B.Tech(Any Graduate)

Required Experience:3-8 years

Additional Qualification:Should have minimum 3 years hands-on, multiple projects experience in various phases of project like engineering / installation / commissioning of Fire & Gas panels like XLS 140, XLS 3000, G.E. EST-3 Make fire Alarm Panel with SDU-3.7 etc.,Addressable Fire alarm system like XLS, SIL 3 Safety systems, Gas detection system like Vesda, LHS Cable - Linear Heat Sensing cable, Flame, Gas detectors, Fire emergency points, Interfacing EBI, EPKS etc., Manual Fire Detection - Pull Stations, Ionization Smoke detectors, Heat/Thermal Detectors, Flame Detector, Fire Detector, Air Sampling devices, Notification Appliance
