Job description:

Civil - QA/QC Engineer / Supervisor:

• Railway Projects 

 Having hands on experience in a large Railway, NH Project, Bridges or Railway or Civil projects. Experience in QA/QC of all Civil works which include, Earth work, Excavation, Back filling, Formation, Subgrade, Blanketing, Ballast & experience in preparation of various Design Mix proportions related to major & minor bridges.Knowledge of calibration of Batching plants, Setting up of Laboratory and various tests of soil and construction raw materials including reinforcement steel. Experience in QA / QC of construction of Minor and Major Bridges, Piling & Pile testing and Track works.Knowledge of Non Destructive Testing (NDT) of concrete structures. Maintaining of Quality records at site. Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Field Quality Plans (FQPs), Method Statements, Pouring Sequence, Check Lists and Formats for various activities, submission to Client and obtaining their approval. Identification of source for various raw materials & their testing.

• High rise Buildings: 

Experience in Structural concrete including Finishing works such as Flooring, False Roofing, Facade work, water proofing, Landscape, etc.Knowledge of calibration of batching plants, setting up of Laboratory and various tests of Construction and Finishing materials. Piling and Pile Testing. Knowledge of NDT of Concrete Structures. Maintaining of Quality records at site.

III] Mechanical - QA/QC Engineer / Supervisor:

 Controlling the QA/QC activities at site. Preparation of Method statements, ITPs, FQPs, Check Lists.
 Inspection and testing of various activities in fabrication, erection, dimensional, control assemblies, Qualify Welders, monitor welding, NDT, PWHT, etc., coordinate with client for various inspections & Track Laying & alignment of sleepers , Rails & Flash- Butt wielding / Thermit Wielding process in Railway projects. Coordination of stage and final inspections with client, closure of NCRs /Punch points & preparation of quality records.QA/QC activities of Fabrication & erection of piping above ground & underground. QA/QC activities of Fabrication & Erection of Steel Structures.

Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil) with 4 to 9 years experience.
